Delray Beach has implemented new parking meter fees for Atlantic Avenue and the beach. On East Atlantic Avenue from Swinton Ave to A1A, the meter fee is $4/hour. On A1A, the meter rate is $3/hour. Every other metered city lot is $2/hour, except public parking garages which charge a $5 flat fee after 4pm. City parking garages are free before 4pm. There is also plenty of other FREE parking in Downtown Delray Beach. CLICK HERE to see the free parking options in downtown.
